Saint Kitts and Nevis is a Caribbean island country consisting of two volcanic islands, characterized by mountainous terrain, tropical forests, and coastlines surrounded by the Caribbean Sea.

📍 Saint Kitts and Nevis is an island country located in the Caribbean Sea, in the Lesser Antilles island chain. It lies west of Antigua and Barbuda and northwest of Montserrat.
As an island nation, Saint Kitts and Nevis has no land borders and is surrounded entirely by the Caribbean Sea. It consists of two main islands—Saint Kitts and Nevis—and several smaller islets.
The islands are of volcanic origin, featuring mountainous terrain, fertile soils, and tropical vegetation. The highest point is Mount Liamuiga on Saint Kitts. Its location in the Caribbean has historically made it part of regional trade routes and cultural exchange, and today it is known for tourism and agriculture.

What is an ISO Country Code?

ISO country codes come from the international standard ISO 3166 created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). These codes are used worldwide in databases, aviation systems, banking, shipping, and international data systems to uniquely identify countries and territories.

ISO 3166-1 codes are the two-letter country codes such as US, FR, or JP. These are called Level-1 ISO codes.

Only ISO 3166-1 codes support flag emojis. Flag emojis are created by combining two Unicode regional indicator letters that match the country’s ISO two-letter code.

ISO 3166-2 codes represent states, provinces, or regions. Example: US-AZ = Arizona CA-ON = Ontario Subdivision codes do not have flag emojis.
