Seychelles is an island country in the Indian Ocean consisting of an archipelago of granitic and coral islands, characterized by tropical forests, rocky hills, and coral-fringed coastlines.

As an island nation, Seychelles has no land borders and is surrounded entirely by the Indian Ocean. It consists of 115 islands, including both granitic islands and coral atolls spread across a wide area.
Seychellesโ terrain varies from mountainous and forested islands to low-lying coral islands. The country is known for its tropical climate, pristine beaches, and rich marine biodiversity. Its location in the Indian Ocean has historically made it part of maritime trade routes between Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
